Customer Service Representative
Position Summary
Assist customers with orders, cancellations, general questions, and complaints via phone, email, and social media.
Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
- Answer phones
- Input orders
- Audit web/online orders
- Maintain dealer relationships
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- 2 years of data entry experience or related office experience
- Off Road Automotive market and product knowledge (personal or professional)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately
- Comfortable with office equipment including a computer, telephone, scanner, calculator, and photocopier
Skills/Qualities:
- Strong data entry and documentation
- Very good verbal and written communication
- Able to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Capable of de-escalating upset customers
