All-Pro Off Road now offers a extra heavy duty “Expedition 2.0” version of its popular expedition rear leaf springs for Toyota Tacoma’s. Long known for the superior quality, off-road performance and weight carrying capabilities of our expedition leafs. All-Pro’s new Expedition 2.0 leafs are specifically designed to combine off-road performance under extreme heavy loads and great on road performance. As more and more expedition vehicles are being built we are seeing more and more weight being added. Specialized long-distance excursion gear such as roof-top tents, recovery and repair gear, camping equipment and extra water and fluids can add significantly to the cargo weight of expedition vehicles, exceeding the intended operating parameters of our already heavy load designed Expedition leaf springs.
All-Pro’s Expedition 2.0 Leaf Springs feature a higher spring rate than the expedition leaf springs. They are otherwise identical in dimension and quality, providing the same eye-to-eye measurements and wheel travel. To be very clear, The 2.0 expo leafs are designed for vehicles carrying a minimum of 500+ pounds of additional weight at all times. We have customers running 1000-1200 lbs on there trucks with still maintaining the proper lift height with out sagging. We strongly recommend against running these leafs on vehicles that are not weighted at all times. The result will be a very harsh and stiff ride since these are designed for expedition extreme builds.
**Using a lifting block or shackle flip with our springs will void the warranty on our springs
All-Pro Springs come with neccessary bushings and sleeves
